Higgsfield and Kling let anyone generate AI content using anyone's face โ without consent. Neris only allows generation for creators who explicitly opt in, and only within the rules they set. Plus, fans support the creator through monthly subscriptions. Neris turns unauthorized AI use into authorized, creator-supporting use.
Will my visuals be used in AI training without permission?
No. Neris only uses materials you have explicitly registered and approved. Anything outside your permission rules is blocked at the system level. Every generated image carries provenance metadata, so consent-less generation cannot happen.

How is the support designed for creators?
Designed at industry-standard levels. After AI inference cost, payment fees, and operations are deducted, the rest goes to creators. Specific terms are shared in the materials and contract during creator registration, with flexibility based on your activity scale.
What about deepfakes and misuse?
Only verified creators can register materials, and what can be generated is pre-screened. Outputs carry watermarks and provenance metadata, and misuse can be reported and tracked. Compliance with the EU AI Act and Japan's AI guidelines is in our roadmap.
